Confirmation
A request remains pending until the rental company accepts it. External rentals may affect availability.
Price and changes
Acceptance confirms the saved quote. Any change requires a decline and an explicit replacement quote.
Payment and service
The rental company handles payment, deposit, contract, insurance, delivery, damage, support, cancellations, and refunds.
